Telehealth and Online Workshops

WellnessClass

Dear Patients and those in need of care,

We offer Virtual Acupuncture a Telehealth Consultation

and Online Workshops

As the world around us changes as we know it, the most important thing remains our health. I have loved having you in the office as my patient.  Yet this may not continue to be an option for some of us at this time.

The Corona Virus (Covid-19) is an alarming problem right now that we all need to be diligent and conscientious about for our own safety, and for others.  However, we can do more than wait and isolate.  We can help ourselves by boosting our immune systems.

Increasing the body’s ability to fight disease is the ultimate solution to every virus or disease threat.  This includes boosting the immune system, reducing pain and inflammation, and supporting mental and spiritual health.  Seek healthcare rather than sick care.  Most of which requires self-care methods!

Also, there is only so much we can cover in a one to one clinical setting.  For lifestyle changes, diet, and other challenges such as changing how you think about pain, your emotional outlook, and maintaining movement and exercise, the best way to overcome these challenges is for you to help yourself.

I can help you do that much easier through online workshops or Telehealth consultations that will give you the tools you need.  The workshops may consist of how-to videos, pdf downloads, worksheets, and live streaming communication via Facebook or zoom.us.

In order to shift with the changing times to continue serving you with the best treatments and care, I am now taking bookings for Telehealth-virtual consultations and online workshops.

During these workshops or consultations, we will move through self-care methods you can use to help yourself.  Together, over a live video call or presentation you will discover your Meridian Diagnosis.  You will find ways of utilizing the power of acupressure. We will cater most of the session to your needs, which could include an herbal prescription, using essential oils, qi gong exercises, deep breathing, meditation, nutritional guidance, Sound healing, or simply connecting in a supportive conversation.

Telehealth-Virtual Acupuncture Consultations

The fees for Telehealth consults can be paid via PayPal or Venmo when booking the appointment.  It is collected beforehand.  If any herbal, nutritional, or essential oils are recommended during the workshop or call they can be ordered through one of our online dispensaries, in which you’ll pay them directly, and they will ship to your home.
