Chakra Acupuncture is a combination of Ayurvedic Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
This system creates harmony by treating the root cause of a disease, which is often emotional. These Pattern imbalances come from our predisposition, stress, emotional states, environment, climate, and diet. A pattern of imbalance or root causative factor is associated with a group of signs and symptoms related to one or more of the fourteen main acupuncture channels and their related chakra or chakras.
The chakras are main areas of swirling bio-electrical energy each with a direct link to our physical body as an acupuncture point (acupoint). There are 7 main Chakra energy centers, and 21 minor Chakras. Each Chakra/acupoint connects to an endocrine gland, nerve plexus, organ, corresponding meridian and an aspect of our emotions and personality. For example, a person may be feeling easily frustrated, irritable and short-tempered. He may be prone to angry outbursts and shouting. He may be suffering from migraine headaches as well. A likely culprit would be an imbalance in the liver and gallbladder channels along with the brow chakra.

The treatment involves stimulating the acupoints on the skin using a non-needle technique from an electro-acupuncture device that delivers a gentle electrical pulse in the micro-current range along with shining a specific Color-of -Light on the skin/acupoint (MEA). It is a sequential treatment where Chakra/acupoints are stimulated via essential oils, MEA and/or needles, in a certain order. Then if used, needles are removed. This is a balancing and tonifying technique for maximum results. This may take about 15 minutes. The needleless technique can be used alone, with acupuncture needles, or only acupuncture needles, if you prefer. All needles are sterile and disposable, one time use.
By using the acupoints of TCM, we may influence the flow of chi-energy within the body, which in turn influences aspects of the chakras.
Chakra Acupuncture connects and balances the body-mind-spirit all in one!

Acupuncture involves the placement of thin sterilized needles to stimulate various acupoints throughout the body. The stimulation of these areas is believed to correct imbalances and blockages in the body by promoting the healthy flow of energy (known as qi – pronounced CHEE).
Food allergies shouldn’t prevent you from dining out with your friends and family. Unfortunately, though, many people with food allergies resort to cooking their own meals to reduce the risk of an adverse reaction. From dairy and nuts to gluten (wheat-based protein) and shellfish, there are certain foods that people must avoid to prevent adverse reactions.
Stress from day-to-day life can have an extremely negative impact on our health, emotionally, mentally, and physically as well. Long-term or extreme stress can result in frequent or chronic headaches, muscle aches, sleeplessness, anxiety, fatigue, depression, etc. All of these problems only present even more problems to our health and overall well-being. How can we prevent stress from our everyday lives from becoming a much larger problem in our lives?
One of the vexing aspects of the approach of summer is how you can obtain your “swimsuit body.” While the winter months, especially around the holidays, are a time for putting on some weight, the summer months are reserved for strenuous activity, especially on the beach.
