Restore pelvic stability, relieve pain, and reconnect with your core from the inside out.

A gentle, effective approach to pelvic pain, core dysfunction, and deep muscular imbalance.

Pelvic floor dysfunction affects far more than the pelvis — it influences digestion, posture, breathing, sexual function, urinary health, and the entire core system. Many people live with symptoms for years without realizing the pelvic floor is the missing link.

My approach blends pelvic floor dry needling, abdominal wall therapy, myofascial release, and nervous‑system regulation to restore balance, reduce pain, and help you feel supported from your center outward.

What to Expect

Your session is always gentle, personalized, and paced according to your comfort. We begin with a conversation about your symptoms, goals, and history. Treatment may include pelvic floor dry needling, abdominal work, breathwork, or supportive therapies depending on your presentation.

You remain fully covered and supported throughout the session. All techniques are external — no internal manual therapy is performed. Your comfort and consent guide every step.

Pelvic Floor Dry Needling FAQ

Do you perform internal pelvic floor work? No. All pelvic floor dry needling and manual therapy techniques are external. You remain fully covered and supported throughout treatment.

Is pelvic floor dry needling painful? Most people feel a brief, deep release or mild ache that quickly fades. Many describe the sensation as relieving rather than painful.

What conditions respond well to pelvic floor dry needling? Pelvic pain, urinary urgency, painful intercourse, postpartum tension, tailbone pain, abdominal wall tightness, and pelvic nerve irritation often respond very well.

How many sessions will I need? Mild or recent symptoms may improve within a few sessions. Chronic or long‑standing conditions typically benefit from a structured 6–12 week plan.

Can this help if I’ve already seen a pelvic floor PT? Yes. Dry needling complements pelvic PT by releasing deeper muscular and nerve tension that manual therapy alone may not reach.

Disclaimer

Pelvic floor dry needling is an external, neuromuscular treatment approach and is not a substitute for internal pelvic floor physical therapy. If internal assessment or rehabilitation is needed, I may recommend working collaboratively with a pelvic floor PT.

Programs & Care Plans

Pelvic floor healing is a process — especially when symptoms have been present for months or years.

Typical programs include:

  • 4‑week reset for mild or recent symptoms
  • 6‑week program for moderate pelvic pain or urinary issues
  • 12‑week program for chronic pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, or complex cases

Your plan is always personalized to your goals, comfort, and presentation.
