MASSAGE THERAPY
Restore Balance, Release Tension, and Support Your Healing
Therapeutic Bodywork for Pain Relief, Mobility, Stress Reduction & Whole‑Body Wellness
Massage therapy at Acupuncture Center, Inc. is more than relaxation — it is a therapeutic, anatomy‑informed approach to restoring movement, reducing pain, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes.
Our massage therapist, Robert Meeks, HHP, brings over 20 years of experience in holistic healing, movement therapy, and functional bodywork. His sessions blend traditional massage techniques with Tai Chi, Qi Gong, yoga principles, and a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology.
Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply needing to unwind, massage therapy can help you reconnect with your body and feel more grounded, mobile, and at ease.
Why Massage Therapy Works
Massage therapy supports the body on multiple levels:
• improves circulation and lymphatic flow
• reduces muscular tension and tight bands
• increases joint mobility and flexibility
• calms the nervous system
• supports stress recovery
• enhances sleep and emotional well‑being
• complements acupuncture for deeper therapeutic results
Many clients experience relief from:
• back and hip pain
• rotator cuff dysfunction
• neck and shoulder tension
• carpal tunnel syndrome
• elbow and forearm pain
• headaches and jaw tension
• chronic stress patterns
• stiffness and restricted movement
Massage + Acupuncture: A Powerful Combination
Massage therapy and acupuncture work synergistically.
Together, they help:
• release chronic tension patterns
• reset inhibited muscles
• improve posture and movement
• reduce inflammation
• regulate the parasympathetic nervous system
• accelerate recovery from pain and injury
If you’ve never experienced the two together, the results can be transformative.
